PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. CSP Advance San. Bhd. (TSUNAMI PUMP / TADO / IPURE) will grant either 12 or 24 months warranty (depending on the product model) on manufacturing defects commencing from the datc of purchase.

2. The warranty only comes into force if the date of purchase is confirmed by proof of a purchase invoice.

3. CSP will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation, shipping charges or any charges which arise in connection with this warranty claim.

4. Majority of Tsunami Pump / TADO water pumps arc not mcant for outdoor under rain and sun. A pump cover or shelter is required for outdoor installation to protect water pumps. A failure to do so may damage the pump.

5. Warranty will be void if any damage is caused by, or resulting from, standing water in the pump.

6. CSP will not be liable for any replacement of parts caused by normal wear and tear, damage caused by dry running, cavitation, intermittent operation, unsuitable operating condition, unfavourable electric supply, mishandling during installation, flooding, lightning, unauthorised altcration or repair, misapplication and product which is installed not in accordance to CSP printed installation and operating instructions.

7. To obtain warranty claim, the defective product must be returned to the CSP Service Centre with warranty details / purchase invoice supporting the claim must also be included.
