Who do I contact if my pump needs servicing (Both under-warranty and over-warranty period) ?
- For Home Pump series within Klang Valley area – you may call or whatapps to our Outdoor Service Hotline @ 017-665 5488. In order for our outdoor service team to serve you better, please have the following information details ready when calling:
1) Pump Model
2) Date of Purchase
3) Technical Issue Detail - Tsunami Pump product series included Home Pump series for outstation area -Please approach to your nearest Tsunami Pump ” Authorized Dealer ” for further assistance.
- (c) All Tsunami Pump product bought it via online marketplace like “Lazada, Shopee or other E-shop platform” – Please approach to the seller for the arrangement.
- (d) Outdoor Service Operation Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm
Closed on Sunday & Plublic Holiday
