All Tsunami Pump products are covered under the standar manufacturer defect warranty. Respective series warranty period are stated as per below:

Home Pump Series

(a) CMH, CMS, CMF Series
Residential usage – 2 year
Commercial usage – 1 year

(b) SOFT-e
Residential usage – 2 year
Commercial usage – 1 year

Submersible Pump Series

(a) Cut, HQP, HYL, LSP, MBA, MBF, MSS, MUS, MVH Series Residential & Commercial usage – 1 year

High Pressure Cleaner Series

(a) HPC6090, HPC6110, HPC6120, HPC7140, HPC7160, HPC7180 & HPC8130 Series

Garden Hose Reels Series

(a) HR-15 & HC-20
Residential & Commercial usage – 1 year

Industrial & Construction Pump Series

(a) CMH8, CVF, FDM, JUC, KBZ, R50, R75, R95, SCPB, SWP, TCA & TRS Series
Residential usage (Only applicable to TRS Series) – 2 year
Commercial usage – 1 year

Warranty will be on the product due to manufacturing defects commencing from the date of purchase.

The warranty is invalidated when the defect caused (however) by inappropriate installation, unauthorised alteration, unstable operating condition, unfavourable electric supply, mishandling, misapplication, flooding and lighting.
