Return & Replacement Policy

This policy is only applicable for purchase made thru

For purchase thru others E-commerce platform such as Lazada/Shopee from our appointed authorized dealer and or reseller please refer to their return and replacement policy.


(1) Incorrectly Supplied

If we have supplied an item incorrectly when received, you MUST notify us within 3 days of receipts.

Please enclosed a photo of product and official DO/ Invoice and email to us at attention to Delivery Team.

Our Delivery Team will contact you for the re-arrangement of return and replacement.


  • Please ensure the item is in its original box and packaging and should not been used.
  • The product is securely packaged to avoid damage.


(2) Faulty item subject to transit in delivery

We always encourage customer check on the parcel condition prior to acknowledge and receiving good from Courier Service.

In the event defect was due to transit in delivery (EG: parcel damaged or opened) please reject of receive /acknowledge your parcel and request Courier Service return to sender.

Courier Service will return the parcel to us. Upon we received the return parcel we will re-arrange to send a new one to you.

(3) Faulty item subject to manufacturer defect

This will be under manufacturer defect warranty section.
